Yes, 2009 was celebrated with friends, Guitar Hero and chocolate fondue.  Needless to say, it was a wonderful night filled with a lot of fun.  Everyone stayed up to ring in the New Year, including five young children.  They watched the ball drop from under their blankets camped out in our loft.

At any rate, I am not one to make resolutions, mostly because I think my life should be in constant resolution, but I do like to look back on the year.  So many things have happened that it seems like we lived three years in this one sometimes.  I can't help but wonder what this new year will bring, other than new insurance deductibles

As part of the new year, I start my book list over (located on the left side bar).  So, here's to a new year, filled with many new books.  One of my goals for this year is to start up a book club in my area.  I am member of Paperbackswap.com and have been chosen as the Hamilton County leader, so I think it is time I start organizing our group.  Cheers!
