I have been a little frustrated with Meijer lately due to some check-out changes.  They basically changed most of their lanes to u-check.  At first I thought this sounded great, until I went through it for the first time with a cart full of groceries.  After scanning all my items and the fussing with my coupons, I still had to bag all of my groceries.  I felt like it took forever and I kept getting various errors.  I have been a little bitter about it until today.

Today I loaded up all of the girls and headed to Meijer to pick up a few items (which is about all I can fit with both Olivia and Mia in the cart now!).  What I didn't expect during check-out this time was that the girls would find the whole process fun.  Avery and Mia both helped me scan items and Avery bagged them all and brought them to the cart.  It was so nice to have them with me to help me out.  I can't believe that it was actually easier with them with me! 

I am sure that this wouldn't be the case when I am buying a lot of groceries, but for small trips it worked out nice.  It made me realize how much the girls can and want to help out.
