Special Jewlery
Today was a busy day, as far as bed rest goes. This morning was the Bed Rest Support group. Today I met two new ladies, along with one returning one. I am still by far the veteran, and the only one who came that was on mag. It it is kind of funny because the others look at me like I am some sort of bed rest super-hero. Ha-ha! If they only knew... Anyway, they had a manicurist come and paint our fingernails for us during the meeting. We also had time to chat and enjoy some baked goods. I enjoy getting out of my room and talking with other women in the same situation. It is good therapy. Since we all watch TV nonstop, we started talking about how Discovery Health was missing from our channels. Pretty soon we were all kind of griping about it. Well, about two hours after the meeting, one of the nurses there had called the cable company and had gotten the problem fixed. She joked that she told the guy that she had a room of crazy pregnant ladies that need their DHC! Amen!
After the meeting, Chris and the girls came to the hospital to join me for lunch. I don't usually get to see them during the day, so this was nice. Chris had some conference calls he needed to be on, so we decided to see how it would go with the girls just hanging out, and they did great! We all sat on my bed, doing crafts and watching cartoons. We stayed entertained until dinner time. By then, Chris decided to just let them stay for dinner before they headed home. They were excited to order hospital food
We were able to go outside for some fresh air while we were waiting on dinner. It was so nice getting to see them for such a long time. Avery made me some beautiful jewelry for me during our craft time today. Make sure you check it out in the picture!

Cheryl, good gravy I'm behind. Just wanted to check in and I'm so glad I did. Sending you lots of good energy and thoughts and a big hug! Hang in there (which I know you are, cause you're tough)!
P.S. I'm loving this jewelry making!
