Bed Rest Bouffant and Bag-O-Mag!



I found this cartoon today on a bed rest support web site, and it made me laugh.  I know it is hard to read but my favorite is the "Bed Rest Bouffant" hair style and the "Bag-O-Mag."  This is basically how I feel though, connected to lots of machines and monitors.  They do allow me to wear my own clothes so I don't have to deal with the "glamor gown."  Magnesium and bed rest takes a toll on your body.  Last night my blood pressure was 88/56 and I had no reflexes.  I joked around asking the nurse to check my heart rate to make sure I was still alive.  Luckily my and Olivia's heart rates were just fine.  Anyway, just a quick laugh for today.

We just had our third child this past October and even though our house is messy and crazy, it's a wonderful chaos. Your strength and courage are inspiring.
